Insurance and Financing
Investing in your dental health
Our team is committed to helping you navigate obstacles that may keep you from getting the high-quality care you deserve. After your consultation, our treatment coordinator will meet with you to discuss the cost of your treatment. We’ll also review our financial policies and payment options.

Payment policies
Hal N. Arnold, DMD is a non-contracted practice, which means payment is required in full at the time of your appointment. This allows us to prioritize your care, not insurance limitations.
Why we’re non-contracted
As a non-contracted (out-of-network) practice, we’re not restricted by insurance networks.
This gives us the freedom to:
Recommend treatment based on your health, not your insurance
We create custom treatment plans that support your long-term dental health, without being influenced by third-party restrictions.
Offer transparency and consistency in pricing
Our fees are clear and consistent, not dictated or adjusted by insurance carrier contracts.
Reduce overtreatment and promote conservative care
By focusing on what’s truly necessary, we support a healthier approach to dental care — less is more when it comes to your smile.
What does this mean if you have insurance
Although we are non-contracted with all major providers, we’re still here to help you use your benefits:
- We’ll file claims on your behalf with your insurance company.
- Reimbursements go directly to you.
Note: We are unable to file Medicaid claims. However, we can supply the necessary paperwork if you’d like to submit a claim yourself.
